How we work

An Inventory Report is a detailed inspection of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings in a property included in the tenancy agreement.

All our inventory reports undergo a meticulous quality check and conform to the highest standards expected of a professional inventory company.

Each inventory report is comprehensively documented with detailed descriptions and include high quality digital photos with timestamps.

As standard we also record readings for the gas, electricity and water meters, supported with photos.

Professional service

Smoke alarms and CO2 meters are also noted for sound and positioning ensuring legal compliance at the property.

Depending on your requirements we can have the report ready for you within an agreed period but usually within 24hours.

Reports can be sent out via email direct to agents and tenants for viewing and signing online.

Other Services

Interim inspections

Once the tenancy commences, it’s always a good idea to ensure the tenants are maintaining the property to the highest standard. Should there be any problems it’s important they are addressed sooner rather than later.

Tenant check-in

If you have booked the Inventory & Check-in Service  – the Inventory will have been completed on the day the tenant wants to move in, this will be the most accurate report to reflect existing conditions right at the time of the moving in.

Tenant check-out

The check-out process is the most important aspect of the tenancy term.
At the end of the tenancy, our clerk will re-inspect. Areas identified as damage and areas considered the effect of Fair Wear & Tear, are recorded.
