Tenant check-in

How we work

We can arrange to meet your Tenant at the rental property.

If you have booked the Inventory & Check-in Service  – the Inventory will have been completed on the day the tenant wants to move in, this will be the most accurate report to reflect existing conditions right at the time of the moving in.

Usually, we will visit the property ahead of the moving in time, by the time the tenant comes our inventory clerk will be ready to hand over the keys, check alarms,  show meters and confirm readings.

The main purpose of having a Check-in is to make sure the tenancy starts with on  right foot, all parties are feeling confident and any queries answered.

The Inventory Report will be ready to be viewed usually within 24 hours.
The tenant will have the opportunity to type in comments, upload new photos and sign the report.

Other Services

Inventory reports

An Inventory Report is a detailed inspection of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings in a property included in the tenancy agreement. All our inventory reports undergo a meticulous quality check and conform to the highest standards.

Interim inspections

Once the tenancy commences, it’s always a good idea to ensure the tenants are maintaining the property to the highest standard. Should there be any problems it’s important they are addressed sooner rather than later.

Tenant check-out

The check-out process is the most important aspect of the tenancy term.
At the end of the tenancy, our clerk will re-inspect. Areas identified as damage and areas considered the effect of Fair Wear & Tear, are recorded.
